Dr. Paul Orr is a compassionate veterinarian dedicated to providing quality care for all pets through every life stage. After earning his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois, Dr. Orr has focused on a personalized approach to animal health care. He believes that regular vet visits build a strong bond between the veterinarian, pet, and owner, enhancing communication and cooperative healthcare. Zoological companion animal medicine (exotic animals, non-traditional species) is a special interest of Dr. Orr.

His passion for evidence-based medicine is the foundation of his practice. He understands that each patient is unique, giving every client his complete attention and developing tailored care plans to maximize their pet's health and quality of life. Dr. Orr views his role as a partnership with pet owners, taking the time to build relationships and provide personalized recommendations for preventative healthcare and treatment plans.

When he's not caring for animals, Dr. Orr cherishes his role as a father to two young children and husband to a clinical law professor at UIUC. His love for nature often leads him to explore the outdoors, paddling or wandering around looking at plants and animals and taking pictures. Lately, in his spare moments, you might find him immersed in home improvement projects.
